U-Haul is looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/w/d) specializing in Security to guide our customers in implementing and using the Microsoft Cloud portfolio with a focus on compliance and security. You will be the expert advising on long-term security strategy and solution development.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers on introducing and using the Microsoft Cloud portfolio, focusing on compliance and security topics.
- Build configuration frameworks for products like Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, Endpoint Management, Purview, and the Microsoft Defender Suite and implement them for customers.
- Ensure the maintenance and care of the system after your solution is implemented.
- Act as an expert for the long-term development of security solutions and provide long-term customer advice.
- Support in the area of Incident Response (24/7).
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support in the Microsoft 365 area.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite and broad expertise in its workloads.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Purview solutions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Pronounced knowledge in the Identity area (Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra ID Identity Protection).
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, reliability, and enjoyment of working independently.
- Ability to present complex topics in an understandable form.
- Permanent fixed residence in Germany (mandatory).
- German language skills at C-Level and English language skills at B2 Level.
