Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Field Supervisor to lead and oversee security operations for our client in St. Louis, Missouri. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises through direct supervision of on-site personnel.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and schedule security personnel for daily operations
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to maintain security integrity
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing decisive on-site leadership
- Train and mentor security staff on procedures and client expectations
- Maintain detailed logs and reports for all security-related activities
What We're Looking For
- Valid state security license as required by local regulations
- Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role
- Strong understanding of security operations, patrol procedures, and access control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all client-specific requirements
