Responsibilities
- Collaborates with designated representatives on claims involving potential fraud or subrogation to secure optimal resolutions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of vehicle components and recognizes possible property damage implications.
- Assesses customer requirements and applies effective service techniques to address them.
- Evaluates cases for potential subrogation or fraudulent activity and determines appropriate handling strategies.
- Applies a working knowledge of company-specific insurance policies, industry standards, and internal organizational structures.
- Conducts independent investigations into all areas of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising sound judgment and expanded decision-making authority.
