Country Meadows, a family-owned company based in Hershey, Pa., is hiring a PRN (As Needed) Medication Technician. You will manage medications for residents in a home-like setting, forming meaningful relationships and contributing directly to their overall health and comfort.
What You'll Do
- Engage with residents personally while administering medications and treatments.
- Observe day-to-day behavior and outlook to ensure comfort and positive well-being.
- Provide social and emotional support while encouraging residents’ independence.
- Manage the medication cart for complete supplies and quality control.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
- Highly organized skills.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
Nice to Have
- Prior direct-care experience.
- Up-to-date medication certification requirements.
