Voodoo is looking for a Marketing Unity Developer to join our Creative squad within the transversal Growth team. Your mission will be to produce high-performing video ads that drive user acquisition by modifying and iterating on game projects. At Voodoo, we are dedicated to entertaining the world through operational excellence and constant creative adaptation.
What You'll Do
- Use Unity to modify and iterate on 20+ game projects, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns.
- Design custom setups for creative video production, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes.
- Record, edit, and upload gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested.
- Share modified game builds with the marketing team for performance testing.
- Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output.
What We're Looking For
- You have a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
- You have excellent Unity skills.
- You are interested in casual games.
- You have a creative and hacker mindset.
- You have a good verbal and written English level.
- You have a good verbal and written Russian level.
Nice to Have
- Basic notions in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills (Photoshop, Blender...). Deeper proficiency is a plus.
