At Employment Hero, we're looking for a Marketing Technology Engineer who builds things that work beautifully behind the scenes. You’ll be hands-on with code every day — connecting systems, improving data flows, and developing clever utilities that make our marketing technology stack smarter and faster.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain integrations between platforms like Braze, Marketo, and Google Analytics to enhance automation and targeting.
- Write clean, scalable code using Node, Python, and React to create tools, APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Use AWS and GCP services to deploy and manage lightweight applications and data services.
- Design and refine data pipelines, leveraging platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Implement and maintain tracking, event data, and tagging frameworks to support marketing analytics and experimentation.
- Work with Relevance AI and similar platforms to build solutions that use agentic workflows and LLM-driven logic to automate processes.
- Collaborate with the broader MarTech and engineering teams to solve technical challenges quickly and cleanly.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience coding across the stack – hands-on with JavaScript (React, Node) and Python, and comfortable managing APIs.
- Solid understanding of marketing platforms like Braze, Marketo, and Google Marketing Platform, particularly how data and automation flow between them.
- Proficient working within cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and deploying services using modern CI/CD practices.
- Experienced with data manipulation and querying in tools like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and happiest when solving problems with efficient, elegant code.

- Curious about AI-driven development and exploring agentic or LLM-based workflows to drive smarter automation.
