Tiens Europe GmbH is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Europe Marketing Team. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You'll work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating on projects across multiple European markets.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Produce content packages including reels, visuals, and captions with clear calls-to-action.
• Manage social pages and track key performance metrics.
• Host weekly livestreams with interactive content like Q&A sessions, polls, and interviews.
• Plan, schedule, and promote livestreams to boost audience engagement and loyalty.
• Identify and collaborate with European influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Co-create content and coordinate campaign timelines with partners.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, preparing materials, and creating supporting content.
• Contribute to regional newsletters and communications.
• Support market research, product launch preparations, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all European markets.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital content creation.
• Proven experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of online engagement trends and social commerce strategies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• A creative, proactive, and organized individual comfortable in a multicultural team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with livestream content planning and execution.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of other European languages.
