Unlearn is hiring a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of design at our company. You will guide the design direction for the Unlearn Platform, a suite of products enabling biopharma customers to use digital twin technology and AI. In this role, you'll balance hands-on design with leadership and mentorship.

What You'll Do

Lead design strategy and execution for Unlearn’s core platform and AI-powered products.
Drive end-to-end design, from discovery and concept through to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
Partner with PMs, engineers, and ML researchers to define product direction and advocate for design excellence.
Mentor other designers, guiding their craft, process, and communication.
Help shape Unlearn’s design function: processes, rituals, and best practices that support velocity and quality.
Lead customer research and usability testing to ensure designs are grounded in real-world user needs.
Evangelize the role of design across the company, helping teammates understand how thoughtful UX drives business and scientific outcomes.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in product design, including leadership of complex, data-rich products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, from insight to polished execution.
Proven experience shipping 0→1 products in startup or high-growth environments.
Skilled in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence across functions and levels.
Experience mentoring or leading designers.
