Societe Generale is hiring a V.I.E. Marketing & Sales Facilitation Analyst to join the SGSS Luxembourg team. You will work transversally in an international environment to strengthen sales efficiency, manage onboarding risks, and deliver excellent customer service by supporting marketing activities, sales enablement, and deal landing.
What You'll Do
- Produce regular sales reporting and monitor progress on key performance indicators.
- Coordinate the deal landing process to ensure a smooth sales cycle until contract signature and handover to operational teams.
- Manage the signature of client contracts and maintain the contract database.
- Coordinate SGSS Luxembourg's response to Requests for Proposal (RfPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) in cooperation with central teams.
- Assist in conducting market surveys and competition benchmarking.
- Assemble tailored prospecting presentations from a central slide library.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate with a Master's degree specializing in Business Development.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient command of MS Office suite.
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience in securities services.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a distinct advantage.
