Trivelta is hiring a Marketing Ops & Lifecycle (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, data integrity, user access, and system governance.
  • Create and deploy scalable workflows to enhance marketing and sales operations efficiency.
  • Maintain CRM architecture to enable precise tracking, reporting, and visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the full lead lifecycle from initial engagement to handoff to sales teams.
  • Develop marketing attribution models to assess the effectiveness of channels and campaigns.
  • Establish and enforce UTM tagging standards across all marketing channels.
  • Refine lead scoring methodologies in Salesforce to improve sales qualification and prioritization.
  • Design and update dashboards and reporting systems for marketing performance tracking.
  • Deliver regular weekly and monthly marketing performance summaries to internal teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and track return on investment across the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure reporting frameworks clearly reflect pipeline progression and marketing contributions.
  • Manage integrations between marketing technologies, including automation and analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Support vendor management and maintain reliable system performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance marketing processes, tools, and data quality.

Remote (Worldwide) — Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, Indore, and other global locations

  • Candidate must be based in or open to relocating to Barcelona.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
