- Maintain documentation for workflows and system configurations
- Troubleshoot technical issues within marketing platforms
- Assist in campaign setup and deployment across digital channels
- Enforce data governance and compliance standards
- Optimize email deliverability and list management practices
- Track and report on marketing return on investment
- Manage user access and permissions within marketing systems
- Support integration of new marketing technologies
- Standardize templates and processes for campaign execution
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
- Conduct regular audits of marketing data and processes
- Provide training to marketing staff on operational tools
- Assist with budget tracking and marketing spend reporting
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across campaigns
- Evaluate vendor solutions for marketing operations needs
- Maintain calendar of marketing activities and campaigns
- Support compliance with privacy regulations and opt-in policies
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives
Nice to Have
