Medibank is seeking a Marketing Manager, PHI Retention to lead and enhance the customer onboarding journey. Your role is to ensure new customers receive clear, timely, and supportive experiences so they get value early and feel confident in their cover. You will design strategies and deliver programs that guide customers from signup through activation within an agile, cross-functional squad.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimising multichannel onboarding journeys
- Build automated and personalised communications across email, in-app, SMS, web and frontline channels
- Run experiments and use insights to improve activation and reduce early drop-off
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to align messaging, flows and customer experience
- Document frameworks and share best practice across the organisation
