TRG Management, a premier property management company, is hiring a Marketing Intern. In this role, you will assist in developing marketing plans for housing communities, support brand messaging, and participate in local outreach efforts to increase visibility and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for housing communities to increase visibility, lease-ups, and community engagement.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas tailored to local market needs and audiences.
- Support the marketing team in coordinating with internal departments and external partners on various initiatives.
- Contribute to brand messaging and content that emphasizes affordability, accessibility, and community value.
- Assist in creating marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on digital updates.
- Participate in local outreach efforts such as community events or partnerships to support leasing and brand awareness.
- Help ensure marketing materials meet compliance with fair housing regulations.
- Support tracking and reporting on marketing performance using tools like spreadsheets, surveys, or simple analytics.
