Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor coordination, staffing, promotional activities, and on-site setup.
- Partnering with marketing colleagues to align event promotions across email, social media, and other platforms to boost visibility and turnout.
- Helping plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns in coordination with team objectives.
- Providing support for trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events from start to finish.
- Collaborating on the creation and distribution of compelling content for email and social media outreach.
- Liaising with external vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
- Assisting in building and maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines to track campaign progress.
- Supporting the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Keeping detailed records of marketing efforts, expenditures, and performance outcomes.
