Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and execute client marketing initiatives including email campaigns, newsletters, and reputation management programs.
- Manage and support sales enablement projects aligned to product strategy and funnel acceleration goals.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline growth and market positioning.
- Develop client-facing content including presentations, templates, product updates, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and execute social media calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Oversee cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met.
- Develop and distribute internal marketing communications to align commercial teams on campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze marketing program performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support sales channels by developing tools, messaging, and collateral to improve effectiveness and adoption.
- Deliver presentations and communications tailored for executive audiences.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented, self-directed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working cross-functionally to support sales, marketing, and product initiatives.
- Strong analytical, creative, and storytelling capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven creative strategy expertise, with the ability to conceptualize messaging, themes, and design elements and translate them into client-facing content.
- Strong project management skills.
- Well-spoken communicator, able to lead and actively participate in calls and confidently command an audience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while independently managing routine tasks.
