YallaPlay Games was looking for a Marketing Artist

YallaPlay is hiring a Senior Marketing Artist / Motion Designer to lead the creation of high-performing creative assets for our mobile games. In this performance-driven role, you will work closely with the User Acquisition team to concept, produce, test, and optimize marketing video creatives that drive installs and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce 2D-focused marketing video creatives, including selective 3D content.
  • Conduct market research and creative competition analysis.
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with product positioning and performance objectives.
  • Prepare and structure creatives for creative testing frameworks, including multiple variants and formats.
  • Analyze creative performance in collaboration with the UA team and continuously optimize assets.
  • Maintain close, ongoing collaboration with User Acquisition Managers throughout the creative lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Artist and/or Motion Designer within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong track record in producing marketing video creatives for mobile games.
  • A strong and relevant portfolio is required, specifically showcasing performance marketing ad videos.
  • Strong expertise in 2D marketing video production; familiarity with 3D workflows is considered a plus.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing creative principles, including hooks, pacing, iteration cycles, and creative optimization.
  • Demonstrated professional use of AI-powered tools in creative production workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers and translate performance data into actionable creative outputs.
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects for motion design and marketing video production.
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for visual asset creation and editing.
  • Practical experience working with Unity for gameplay capture, mockups, or creative production workflows.
  • Experience with Blender or similar 3D software is recommended, particularly for basic 3D scenes, camera setups, and renders.
  • Experience producing video-based playables using playable ad tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating performance creatives for major mobile advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Applovin).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven UA environments.
  • Familiarity with scaling successful creative video and playable concepts across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
