About the Role

As a Marketing Analyst at Flock Safety, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You will transform data into actionable insights that shape strategy and optimize performance, proactively building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and ensuring data integrity to enable data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Marketing Analytics teammates to use BI tools like Sigma and Redshift to create, maintain, and distribute self-service dashboards and standard reports.
  • Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive data requests from internal stakeholders to uncover trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and champion new and refined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with the Sr. Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager to apply descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis for key business objectives.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive Engagement Full Funnel by connecting disparate data sources like website, product usage, and CRM.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of marketing data, partnering with Marketing Operations.
  • Lead the data analysis for high-priority Demand Generation campaigns, delivering actionable insights.
  • Take ownership of managing and maintaining day-to-day Marketing Channel Benchmarks.
  • Independently support the creation and rollout of new standardized dashboards and ad-hoc reporting initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field like Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • 2-3 years of direct experience supporting B2B Marketing teams as an analyst.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 1 year performing BI analysis and reporting (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma) with proven ability to build and optimize scalable dashboards.
  • Proficient in SQL, with daily hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from cloud warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Deep knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with marketing tech stack tools, including Salesforce and Marketo (or similar) data structures.
  • A critical thinker who can identify patterns, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, service-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with evaluating Marketing Attribution Models and working with platforms like Bizible, CaliberMind, or FullCircle.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the marketing organization, collaborating closely with Demand Generation, Digital, Content, and Marketing Operations teams. You will report to the Sr. Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager.

  • Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Flock Safety Stock Options.
