Maximizd Recruitment Agency is hiring a Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality of conversational AI-powered voice systems (IVA/IVR). In this role, you will plan and execute tests, analyze system behavior, and validate the user experience for our client’s English and Spanish language platforms.

What You'll Do

Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans, strategies, and traceability matrices.
Translate requirements into structured, high-coverage test cases for functional, edge-case, and negative-path scenarios.
Independently execute manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests for IVR/IVA conversational flows and backend integrations.
Troubleshoot voice systems and APIs, reproducing, isolating, and documenting defects with clear root cause analysis.
Perform log analysis to validate system behavior, verify backend transactions, and analyze system responses and error traces.
Test AI-powered conversational systems, validating intent recognition, entity extraction, context retention, and multi-turn dialogues.
Evaluate the user experience on voice platforms, validating prompt clarity, linguistic accuracy in Spanish, navigation logic, and error message clarity.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in manual quality assurance.
Proven experience testing IVR/IVA/conversational systems.
Solid experience in test planning, test case creation, and independent test execution.
Experience managing the entire defect lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in log verification and technical troubleshooting.
Experience testing AI- or NLP-driven systems.
Solid understanding of conversational design principles.
Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
Native or fluent Spanish (required for conversational validation).
Advanced conversational English (required).
