Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and development workflows.

- Establish and oversee the maintenance of QA processes, building on existing frameworks.
- Lead a team of several QA engineers.
- Perform manual testing activities.
- Create and review test documentation.
- Collect and analyze quality metrics.
