About the Role
This position leads regional activities and member support efforts in the eastern U.S., focusing on operational effectiveness, team collaboration, and fostering a strong network of entrepreneurs through consistent program delivery and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations across multiple states in the eastern U.S.
- Coordinate member engagement initiatives to strengthen local chapters
- Support leadership development for volunteer teams
- Implement organizational strategies at the regional level
- Monitor performance metrics and report outcomes to national leadership
- Facilitate communication between local chapters and headquarters
- Organize regional events and conferences
- Drive member retention and satisfaction efforts
- Manage regional budget and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Train and mentor regional staff and volunteers
- Respond to operational challenges in a timely manner
- Promote equity and inclusion across all regional activities
- Develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Leverage data to inform decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- Support onboarding of new members and chapters
- Collaborate with peer regional managers
- Represent the organization at public and private forums
- Identify opportunities for regional growth
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage crisis response within the region
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend changes
- Support volunteer leadership transitions
- Foster partnerships with external stakeholders
