Responsibilities
- Design and manage pilot programs that demonstrate the strategic impact of solutions, tailored to client goals and desired business results
- Lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless client integration and a positive experience
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align onboarding and pilot initiatives with company objectives
- Continuously improve onboarding and pilot frameworks to increase client engagement and product adoption
- Leverage client insights to inform service enhancements and drive innovation in delivery methods
- Define and track key performance metrics for onboarding and pilot stages to evaluate effectiveness and areas for growth
- Gather and assess client feedback to refine service offerings and improve satisfaction
- Adapt strategies and workflows in response to client input and evolving business requirements
