About the Role: The Huntress Security Operations Center represents a worldwide team of security analysts dedicated to investigating and responding to network incidents continuously. Daily responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive investigation, containment, and responsive actions across millions of endpoints. This position is responsible for defining and optimizing processes, workflows, and operational playbooks to enable effective daily operations. As Huntress expands, we are strategically focused on scaling operations and exponentially amplifying analyst capabilities. The role ensures analysts meet mission objectives and achieve internal Service Level Objectives for response times. The Security Operations Manager will collaborate with regional counterparts to maintain consistent global operations while providing professional development and career advancement opportunities for the analyst team.
