LTK is hiring a Manager, Product Design to lead design for our native Creator and Consumer apps on iOS and Android. In this high-leverage role at a pivotal stage of growth, you will scale our marketplace and evolve product strategy. You'll lead a small team, raise the craft bar, and drive measurable business impact across both sides of our ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of product designers across Consumer and Creator experiences, setting clear expectations and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback.
- Translate company and product strategy into focused priorities, measurable outcomes, and aligned execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problems, establish success metrics, and make principled tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and business impact.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, GMV, and creator growth.
- Raise the craft bar across interaction, visual, and content quality in our native apps, championing accessibility and mobile-first best practices.
- Strengthen and evolve our design system to support cohesive, system-first experiences as we scale.
- Build clear team operations—capacity planning, prioritization, and decision clarity—so designers can focus on high-impact work.
- Identify opportunities to improve how design collaborates and operates as the organization grows.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows to increase speed and clarity while maintaining strong judgment.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years designing digital products.
- 2+ years directly managing product designers with full accountability for hiring, performance management, and team development.
- Demonstrated ownership of a meaningful product area, with responsibility for both execution quality and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience shipping high-quality native iOS and Android experiences in a mobile-first, consumer, or marketplace environment.
- Proven ability to influence roadmap direction and proactively shape product strategy, not simply respond to defined requirements.
- Strong product intuition and comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving strategy.
- Experience using product and business metrics to evaluate impact, inform tradeoffs, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
- High standards for craft, accessibility, and cohesive mobile experiences.

- Experience building and strengthening design operations and team processes in a growing organization—bringing structure without slowing velocity.
- A track record of developing designers while raising expectations for product thinking, not just craft execution.
- A systems mindset that connects design systems, operating models, and product innovation to long-term scalability.
- Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to increase clarity and speed.
- Strong judgment in balancing foundational improvements with forward-looking innovation.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of 3–4 designers across LTK's native Creator and Consumer apps, reporting to the VP, Product Design.
