DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Analytics for the Dick’s Media Network. This remote role is a strategic position overseeing analytics to support insights, A/B testing, and measurement for our Retail Media Network. You will act as a thought partner for business and technology teams to size and measure go-to-market plans.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee analytics to support insights, A/B testing, and measurement for the Retail Media Network.
  • Drive Mixed Media Modeling support, cross-campaign insights, and analysis of media impact on other touchpoints.
  • Manage a team of analysts to deliver impactful analytics and insights that realize value for the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, including executives, to guide decisions based on data.
  • Lead analytics support for Marketing partners by developing executive-facing deliverables with clear storylines.
  • Manage an ongoing testing portfolio, presenting key findings and summaries to executives.
  • Analyze and communicate test results cross-functionally to guide investment decisions.
  • Pioneer new data sets and concepts and drive the creation of common metrics with goals and benchmarks.
  • Leverage tools like SQL, Databricks, GCP, Excel, and vendor platforms (Facebook, Instagram, DV360) to query and manipulate data.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to develop and manage Customer Lifetime Value and attribution models.
  • Identify teammate strengths and opportunities, providing open and honest feedback regularly.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience with SQL, R, Python, and BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
  • 6-10 years of experience with Testing and Optimization Tools.
  • 6-10 years of experience with GCP or Azure.
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience with data model development, regression analysis, and Customer Value methodology.
  • Experience with Databricks, GCP, or Azure.
  • Direct managerial experience.
  • Experience with Retail Media Networks.

  • Compensation Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00.
