Synchrony is hiring a Manager, Analytics for its Health & Wellness Platform. This individual contributor role is a key part of the India Analytics Hub (IAH), focused on supporting and growing the platform business. You will provide strategic, scalable solutions, collaborate with functional teams on high-priority projects, and work closely with both IAH and US Analytics teams.

What You'll Do

Support Health & Wellness platform business decisions through data, analytics, and insights.
Proactively discover, lead, and solve ambiguous business problems using analytical and data science tools.
Work hands-on to derive insights, automate processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and adherence to audit procedures in all work.
Contribute to internal initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on analytics/data science experience, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SQL/SAS programming and experience with algorithms like Decision Tree and Regression.
Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in campaign performance measurement, customer targeting frameworks, and connecting KPIs.
Ability to listen to stakeholders, propose solutions, lead planning and execution, and deliver analytics projects.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) for engaging with senior stakeholders.
Experience in the credit card or financial services industry.
