Lessen is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team based in Dallas, TX. You'll be a key part of our operations, ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained to high standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and conduct repairs on building systems and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a maintenance technician or similar hands-on role
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues
