Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for a multifamily property. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering on commitments to residents, ensuring quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention. You'll respond to service needs and help deliver superior customer service.
What You'll Do
- Prepares Market Ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping duties.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
- Performs maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
- Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe.
- Reports maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Attends and participates in training programs as required.
- Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school education.
- A valid Driver's license.
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
Nice to Have
- Related maintenance experience.
- EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, CPO, or local city required certificate.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
