Adyen is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Adyen's largest enterprise merchants, building deep connections, and providing strategic guidance to help them grow.
What You'll Do
- Build deep trusting relationships with decision makers and executives on our most strategic accounts.
- Drive commercial negotiations with customers to win new business and close complex deals, while meeting strategic and financial targets.
- Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product by delivering payments expertise and guidance to customers.
- Be a senior presence and source of knowledge on the team, and help others level up through training and mentorship.
- Be proactive and prioritize across multiple projects and teams to ensure thorough execution on cross-regional projects.
- Advocate and champion for your customers internally and serve as a feedback loop to influence Adyen’s product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role—such as account management, consulting, or working in the payments industry from a merchant perspective.
- Strong background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Some domestic and international travel required.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $155,000 - $215,000
