Base44, part of Wix, is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join the CTO Office team. You will research ambitious problems to give Wix's products a competitive edge, with a key focus on exploring new techniques for building Agents over LLMs and developing innovative products.
What You'll Do
- Build POCs for research projects led by the team
- Evaluate results and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with different teams at Wix to advance their agent implementations
- Build shared infrastructure for agents
What We're Looking For
- Creativity and willingness to tackle ambitious, high-risk problems
- 3+ years of experience in working on production code with active users
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in Python
- Experience in training and evaluating Machine Learning models
- Hands-on experience with building GenAI systems using LLMs and agents
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- MSc preferred
- TypeScript is a significant advantage
