At HelloFresh, we're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Customer Value Forecasting team. You will build innovative machine learning products that power forecasting at scale, mastering the design of robust systems capable of handling massive datasets and complex models.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers in a cross-functional team to improve forecasting efficiency.
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate needs into machine learning products.
- Create proof-of-concept models and iterate to build them into production-ready products.
- Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the ML development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for solving complex business problems with machine learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining large-scale ML systems for production, including model monitoring and drift detection.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and modeling methodologies while solving business problems.
- Interest in modern data science tooling like cloud development, version control, CI/CD, model registries, and feature stores.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Machine Learning for marketing.
- Previous experience with PySpark.
