Weinstein + Klein is looking for a Lunderg - Customer Service Representative to support our Amazon e-commerce brand. You'll ensure customers feel heard and supported while protecting our positive reviews by handling inquiries, managing communications, and reporting product improvement ideas.
What You'll Do
- Reply to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues with refunds or replacements.
- Respond to voicemail messages and make follow-up calls during U.S. business hours.
- Master Gorgias and keep templates, rules, and workflows updated.
- Become a Lunderg product expert and confidently troubleshoot common issues.
- Report product improvement ideas to the Operations Leader based on customer feedback.
- Manage funnel email replies & follow-ups (Gift, Warranty, Product Launch) to drive new reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar customer service role within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon processes (refunds, replacements, order search, compliance on what can/can’t be communicated).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.

You'll join a small, international team and report directly to Agna, Customer Service Manager.

- Compensation: $2,000 - $2,250 per month.
