Side is looking for a LQA Game Tester (Dutch) to ensure our localized games are delivered with the highest quality. As the first to see the game in its entirety, you will be a key member of our global project team, guaranteeing accurate translation and cultural authenticity.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a multilingual global project team.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other linguistic errors.
- Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines.
- Log details of errors and issues while providing suggestions for improvement.
- Guarantee accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery.
- Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display of dates, calendars, and characters.
- Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation tasks.
- Oversee the quality of your work and contribute to overall project success.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in the Dutch language.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong cultural understanding of the Dutch language.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel.
- Robust Internet research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within project teams.
- Must be located within Europe.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites.
