Pavago is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless backend operations following the booking of shipments. You'll focus on optimizing logistics processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Manage the logistical aspects of shipments post-booking, ensuring all details are accurately tracked and communicated.
Assist with backend tasks, including documentation, data entry, and coordination with shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Liaise with sales personnel and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address logistical concerns.
Oversee the logistics process, including tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Generate reports on operational performance, shipment status, and issues to provide insights for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
Ability to proactively identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
