XELOG GmbH is looking for a Logistics Consultant (w/m/d) to consult on intralogistics solutions and manage the full project lifecycle. You will play a central role in advancing our customers' digitalization by seamlessly connecting people, technology, processes, and systems.

What You'll Do

Consult on intralogistics topics and develop pragmatic solutions.
Manage projects including WMS introductions and optimizations.
Provide customer care through on-site visits and creating offers.
Set up systems and conduct training for solutions like WMS and Track & Trace.
Ensure goods and information flow efficiently from A to B.
Grow the project and the subsequent customer relationship sustainably.

What We're Looking For

An experienced practitioner with pragmatic solutions expertise in intralogistics.
A completed university degree with at least 2 years of professional experience or a completed commercial apprenticeship with 3-4 years in logistics/consulting.
Good knowledge of project management methods and procedures.
Strong professional-methodical consulting skills with a confident, trust-building, and persuasive demeanor.
Coordinative talent, initiative, ambition, resilience, and assertiveness; you strive to complete work on time and on target.
Analytical thinking, mental flexibility, quick comprehension, and a customer and results-oriented mindset.
Good team, communication, and dialogue skills, paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
Familiarity and comfort working within the organizational structures and needs of the SME environment.

Nice to Have

Previous leadership experience in intralogistics.
Experience as a project manager in logistics/IT.
Experience in customer care and maintenance.
Good German and English skills.
