LOUP / BOLD & EPIC GmbH is looking for an IT Consultant (Finance) - ERP (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. In this role, you will advise medium-sized companies on digitalizing their financial processes using the ERP solution Haufe X360, configure the system, and accompany our customers through to a productive launch.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and optimize accounting processes, developing solutions that are both technically sound and procedurally correct.
- Advise customers professionally and systematically in the area of Finance & Accounting, particularly during the introduction and further development of Haufe X360.
- Configure the ERP system in the finance area (tax logic, chart of accounts, posting templates, AP logic, etc.) and guide customers to a productive start.
- Create requirement analyses and tailored solution concepts for finance departments and contribute to quality assurance through booking tests, AP reconciliations, and error analysis.
- Design automation solutions and implement them to increase the efficiency of financial processes within Haufe X360.
- Train and coach users to ensure successful integration and use of Haufe X360.
- Ensure smooth integration of financial accounting with other modules in Haufe X360, such as production, logistics, and sales.
- Support the optimization of reporting and data transparency within accounting in Haufe X360.
- Support project management through professional expertise, both in daily tasks and in customer contact.
- Document your work clearly and structured to make it understandable for team members and customers.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in business administration, finance, or comparable training.
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation consulting, specifically in finance.
- Deep understanding of financial processes and their requirements for ERP systems (e.g., financial accounting, controlling, liquidity management).
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing them in ERP systems.
- Technical affinity and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Analytical and systematic thinking: recognizing connections between processes, system logic, and booking results.
- Good understanding of special tax cases (e.g., §13b UStG, intra-community services, foreign bookings).
- Excellent communication skills, both in collaboration with IT teams and in direct customer consulting.
- Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written.
- Hands-on mentality: implementation using Excel, import tools, debug logic, or templates.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Haufe X360 (alternatively, e.g., SAP Business One, DATEV Unternehmen online, Lexware, etc.).
