Linux Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, prompt reaction on Linux infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution. Main Responsibilities - Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLA’s. - Act as expert support for Linux stack related incidents and support requests. - Installation, configuration, and support of Linux environment. - Manage problem resolution with third party vendors. - Participate in Problem management processes. - Support company Linux infrastructure on premise and in a Cloud - Provide operational administration and configuration support for highly available server landscapes. - Deliver new services according to the business requirements. - Participate in integration projects, ensuring that new existing studios are brought to the latest infrastructure standards. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. - Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
