Responsibilities
- Handle all escalated incidents within defined service level agreements.
- Provide expert-level support for issues related to the Linux technology stack.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems.
- Coordinate resolution of technical problems with external vendors.
- Engage in structured problem management procedures.
- Support Linux infrastructure deployed on-site and in cloud environments.
- Administer and configure highly available server environments operationally.
- Implement new services aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to integration initiatives, bringing studios up to current infrastructure standards.
- Seek out and propose opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and keep up-to-date documentation for system configurations, designs, and troubleshooting methods.
