About the Role
This position is responsible for managing key stages of the contract lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and compliance with company standards across APAC markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract processes for customers in the APAC region
- Review and prepare contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with legal, sales, and finance teams to align on contract terms
- Track contract milestones and ensure timely renewals or amendments
- Maintain contract records in centralized systems with high data integrity
- Identify and escalate potential risks in contract language or compliance
- Support audits by providing accurate and up-to-date contract information
- Facilitate internal approvals for contract changes or new agreements
- Ensure adherence to regional regulatory requirements in contract design
- Communicate contract status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Standardize contract workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Assist in onboarding new customers by preparing initial agreements
- Monitor contract expirations and initiate renewal discussions
- Coordinate with external partners on co-signed agreements
- Provide input on contract templates based on regional needs
- Resolve discrepancies in contract terms between parties
- Maintain version control for all contract drafts and final copies
- Support training initiatives for internal teams on contract policies
- Gather feedback to improve contract management tools and processes
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality throughout contract handling
Nice to Have
- Certification in contract management or paralegal studies
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry
- Working knowledge of multiple APAC languages
- Prior experience with global contract databases
- Exposure to GDPR or cross-border data regulations
- Background in legal operations or compliance
- Familiarity with electronic signature platforms
- Experience drafting contract clauses for regional adaptation
- Understanding of procurement processes
- Project management experience in operational roles
