What You'll Do
Conduct virtual meetings with union members who have requested information about life insurance and additional benefit options. Guide individuals and families through available plans, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique needs. Focus on building lasting, trust-based relationships without the pressure of cold outreach—every conversation starts with member interest.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and professional conduct
- Be self-driven and capable of staying organized in a remote work setting
- Open to feedback and committed to completing structured training
- Hold or obtain a life insurance license—we provide support through the licensing process
Preferred Background
Experience in customer service, sales, skilled trades, military service, public service, or union-affiliated roles is highly valued. Familiarity with working-class communities strengthens your ability to connect with members.
