Responsibilities
- Guide clients through life insurance plan selections
- Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate coverage levels
- Explain policy terms, benefits, and exclusions in clear language
- Assist with application completion and documentation
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency system
- Follow up with clients during policy review periods
- Stay current on product updates and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with underwriting teams when necessary
- Support clients during claims processes
- Educate clients on premium payment options
- Identify opportunities for policy adjustments based on life changes
- Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Meet performance benchmarks for client engagement
- Resolve client concerns with a service-first approach
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Coordinate with third-party providers when needed
- Provide clear summaries of policy comparisons
- Assist with renewals and policy conversions
- Monitor client portfolios for coverage gaps
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff
