Fluence is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide high-quality clinical services. You will be part of a team dedicated to improving client outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct clinical services and therapy to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid work environment and is based in Melville, NY.
