Kin Insurance is hiring a Licensed Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
  • Thoughtfully coaching, empowering, and engaging 12-14 diverse Kin Sales Agents in a 'call-center' environment.
  • Meeting/exceeding target performance plan and objective standards for our agents.
  • Providing data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team sales performance and individual Agent performance.
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to help drive production.
  • Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents.
  • You possess an active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Mastery of the insurance sales process from beginning to end with the ability to train and enhance internal processes.
  • Proficiency with sales software (CRM), reporting tools, and using data to help drive decisions.
  • Dedication to understanding agent and customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that focus on both needs.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment by maintaining a genuine positive and collaborative attitude.

Team

Team size: 12-14. Structure: Sales Agents

Additional Information

  • Monday - Friday, must be available to fulfill one of two shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST (preference can be indicated upon applying).
  • A rotating Saturday shift will be required every 4–6 weeks.
  • For Sales Agents and Customer Service Agents: These roles sit in any of the following 30 states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.
  • For all other positions, these roles can sit in any of the following 40 states: AL, AR, AZ, CA (exempt only), CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.

  • For remote technical positions located in Canada, we are only able to hire individuals who reside in Ontario.
