About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse client population, with a focus on evidence-based practices and client-centered care. The role involves conducting telehealth sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth sessions with clients to assess and treat mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in mental health care.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical programs and services.
- Provide culturally competent care to a diverse client population.
- Conduct outreach and education to promote mental health awareness and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of mental health services.
- Provide consultation and support to other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain licensure and certification requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client care and treatment plans.
- Provide feedback and input on clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote mental health services.
- Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and treatment needs.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions and treatment options.
