OptiMindHealth is building a network of dedicated mental health providers who value clinical independence and meaningful patient engagement. As a licensed clinician, you’ll deliver outpatient behavioral health services entirely remotely, with no on-call duties and full operational backing from a dedicated support team.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians in an integrated care model
- Design personalized treatment plans and determine session frequency
- Conduct psychological assessments when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation with streamlined processes
- Focus solely on patient care—billing, credentialing, and collections are handled for you
What We Require
- Graduation from an accredited clinical program
- Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Texas
- Authorization to practice independently within the state
Preferred Qualifications
Licensure in Massachusetts or Colorado is a plus, supporting potential practice expansion.

- Annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $75,000+, with potential for higher earnings
