Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions remotely

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

- Coordinate care with external providers when necessary
- Educate clients and families on mental health topics
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively
- Follow state and federal clinical guidelines
- Support client engagement and retention in treatment
- Conduct risk assessments and safety planning
- Uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Attend team meetings and case reviews
- Assist in refining clinical protocols

- Maintain active LCSW licensure
