Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workflow for legal compliance projects, from initial request to final delivery, including intake, planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered legal tools and promote their effective use across the legal department.
- Act as a liaison between Legal and key teams in Product Development and Operations to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, specialists, and cross-functional partners to define project scope, clarify requirements, set timelines, and advance initiatives.
- Convert legal and compliance guidance into actionable user stories and establish clear work plans with assigned owners, milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments.
- Lead stakeholder meetings to refine solutions, gain consensus, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum on critical projects.
- Track and communicate the status of legal and compliance efforts, including progress, risks, and escalation points.
- Manage Jira dashboards to enhance transparency, accountability, and reporting capabilities.
- Build, improve, and scale systems, workflows, and documentation to strengthen legal program management and cross-team execution.
