Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries via phone, email, and web form
- Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information and assess potential fit
- Accurately enter and manage prospect data within the firm's CRM and case management system
- Qualify leads and route cases to the appropriate attorney or practice area based on established criteria
- Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients to reduce no-show rates
- Prepare and send intake packets, engagement letters, and onboarding documentation to new clients
- Track intake metrics and provide regular updates on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status
- Maintain consistent follow-up with unconverted leads to maximize consultation bookings
