Sherpany is looking for a Legal Associate to support our European operations. In this remote role, you will join an international company with a flat hierarchy and take on real responsibility from day one, focusing on customer compliance, contract negotiations, and maintaining our legal standards.
What You'll Do
- Complete customer compliance questionnaires.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers.
- Review and approve supplier contracts.
- Maintain our legal entities in Europe and handle corporate housekeeping.
- Manage and develop our privacy program.
- Ensure our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and German.
- Deep understanding of the legal system in either Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.
- Passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution-oriented way.
- Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations.
- Strong communicator, confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers.
- Strong analytical thinker, thriving on understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements.
Nice to Have
- French or Italian language skills.
