Bozzuto is hiring a Leasing Consultant, a Sales & Marketing Associate pivotal to our growth. You will convert leads into tours, secure new leases through exceptional resident experiences, and generate community awareness via social media. What You'll Do
- Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information.
- Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
- Work weekends when prospective residents are looking—three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
