About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to craft and develop engaging training solutions across multiple formats, empowering users to adopt and optimize software effectively. You will collaborate closely with product teams and subject matter experts to understand learning needs, reduce customer effort, and accelerate time to value.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop a range of learning experiences, including live virtual training, on-demand courses, written content, and interactive materials.
  • Collaborate with product, customer-facing teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and tailor content to specific roles and use cases.
  • Build and maintain a library of enablement materials, ensuring they evolve with the product and customer requirements.
  • Partner with training delivery instructors to ensure smooth handover of materials and effective implementation.
  • Measure the success of learning initiatives through customer feedback, assessment data, and other performance indicators.
  • Continuously iterate and improve learning experiences using an agile approach and customer insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Thought Industries, Docebo) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Applied knowledge of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning psychology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS customer enablement.
  • Skills in visual design and video editing.
  • HTML and CSS proficiency.
