Pirelli is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to support the Human Resources & Organization function at our Breuberg site. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern personnel development tools and processes within our international corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement modern personnel development tools and build a future-oriented competency and skill architecture.
- Operationally implement personnel development measures, ensure smooth processes, and continuously monitor their effectiveness to further develop learning offerings.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training measures in local and international environments.
- Develop modern e-learning formats in collaboration with specialist departments and promote company-wide knowledge transfer.
- Develop and maintain reports, overviews, and evaluations of personnel development measures.
- Analyze existing processes and further develop efficient, transparent, and pragmatic HR development processes internationally.
- Implement automation approaches, evaluate new technologies, and build standardized, digitally supported processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree, for example in business administration, technical/economic pedagogy, business psychology, or industrial engineering.
- Several years of experience (minimum 2 years) in personnel development, ideally in an international corporate environment.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Very good German and English skills, with the ability to communicate complex content clearly and appropriately for the target group.
- Experience in designing digital learning offerings and confident handling of e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar solutions.
- Structured and independent way of working with high standards of service and quality.
- Analytical thinking, affinity for technology, and enjoyment of digital learning processes.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work.
- Pronounced team skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors is a plus.
